If you need support FAST on a one-time basis, our à la carte package is perfect. This service is billed as a one-time fee with no recurring payments due. Service is rendered on a priority basis (generally within one (1) business day, depending upon scope of service). Select the support level you need and we'll promptly get to work!
- We will work up to the number of hours purchased; if additional time is needed to complete requested service we will request an additional payment to proceed.
- In the event that time purchased is significantly greater than time needed to complete service, you will be refunded the difference between the package allotment purchased and the allotment that would have been most appropriate.
- In the event that discovery yields a significantly greater scope of work than that purchased, you will be given the option to purchase a larger support package, stop further work, or proceed up to the time allotted.
- We utilize best industry practices where possible and practical, but make no guarantees as to the suitability of our work for any particular purpose; this is necessary as we may be asked to support existing code that is substantially flawed.
- In the event we discover security or usability issues in the course of completing our work, we will notify you, but will proceed with the requested service(s) unless the issue(s) prevent us from doing so.
- We are under no obligation to perform a security or usability analysis of your existing platform unless it is the service that you are specifically requesting and you recognize that, even in this case, identifying ALL issues is generally impossible or impractical.
- Time purchased may be drawn from for up to 90 days from time of purchase.
